Hello Sasha, I have been trying to reach you through substack and directly through your art website gmail account but have had no success. That’s why I am posting this comment here out of last effort to reach you.
I have been unable to watch the videos I subscribed to and paid $29 a month for in Jan , Feb, and march . I did contact substack but they said to contact you.
I contacted my credit card company but they did not have a phone number or email address for you and said to file a complaint and a refund. I told them I don’t want to do that and said I’d continue to try reach you directly instead.
Please contact me to assist me with this to resolve access.
I have been dealing with a health crisis and was unable to watch all the previous videos I paid access for and would love to catch up now and watch them.
I received your email that said while you were stopping the subscription charge while you heal your injury , and the email said that previous subscribers would still have access to your older art teachings.
Unfortunately that access for me is not recognizing me as a previous subscriber and won’t allow me to watch subscribers only videos . Please look into it and assist me with this. I can provide you with copies of my credit card payments. I can be reached at Spiritledpower@protonmail.com
