Ok. Now I have a different feeling about using watercolors. After watching your video, I'm actually excited to try it. I have always kept a set of watercolors in my travel bag for taking quick "notes" while on the road. I never really enjoyed them that much otherwise. Thanks! (And I also enjoyed the music.)
Sasha your speed and confidence is inspiring to say the least. i haven't messed with watercolors since childhood but this makes me want to revisit that.
love your soundtracks too. mendelssohn the other day was delicious. hans zimmer this time?
So I was going to ask Sasha, what is going to happen when our images ( my photographs, her paintings) are taken over by AI and recycled to any and all those who ask for " Sedona landscape as a watercolorist would paint it" or "Shirley Chisholm at the Democratic National Convention, Miami Beach?" How is your mind and soul adjusting to that?
I don't really care what they try to do with AI. I sell original artwork, and AI will never replace that. In fact, IMO, original realist artwork will be even more desirable.
That's very heartening, Sasha. From your mouth to G-d's ear. I hope people will feel the same way about my vintage darkroom prints. I know your work will live on.
Very impressed. Watercolour is a difficult medium. Your painting really evokes the grandeur of that breathtaking scenery.
Superb - love your painting - what type of brush is that?
natural squirrel watercolor brush
Thank you for sharing your demo! Watercolor can be so tricky and you make it look SO easy! perfect music also! In appreciation for your efforts!
Your artwork is breathtaking. I have been to this exact place and I have very fond memories of watching the sunset there.
