Don't even get EG started on cytokine suppression from Juglans nigra L. and Carthamus tinctorius used in traditional medicines as a purgative, analgesic, antipyretic and an antidote to poisoning. It is a useful plant in painful menstrual problems, post-partum hemorrhage and osteoporosis. I'm sure with Alexandra the Great's background she's well aware of this though.

From my birds eye view we should Learn To See in between the lines of what's she's writing. The toxicity of Cd promoting human mitochondria dysfunction is similar to Humanity's current that she's on the Frontlines of and just maybe.... she's subtly giving us the antidote through brush cleaning techniques.

I really appreciate these tips Sasha...thank

you so much .I hope one day I will be able to paint again.

I love your work, both informational and artistic.

Acrylic just doesn't blend as beautifully as the oils I used to like water coloring also when the oil became much more expensive .

When I turned off the tv in 1995 there were times I got bored of reading/going out so started painting with cheap acrylic. I loved it so much I decided to live alone to paint in the evenings and think in silence without being audibly molested by flatmates. Even now there are seven fine chisel brushes on my desk. The quality of your paints inspired a visceral reaction to start again, thanks. :)
