Learning to draw well is a nearly forgotten skill in the modern days. Everyone can learn to draw, and everyone should. Nothing trains your visual system (and your 3D thinking skills) like the art of drawing. I don’t get much time for art these days, and even less I can set aside for drawing. I sketch almost daily with an ink pen, and I sometimes make preparatory quick charcoal drawings for larger compositions, but I no longer have the luxury of completing a 20 hr long pose drawing with a model. Sigh. Maybe, one day…
